Dear customers,
Like you, we have been closely monitoring the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies.
Diamond Water Systems Inc. plans to continue to service our clients uninterrupted as we have over the past 30 years. We can be reached by phone and email for any technical support, quotes, or parts orders. We are still offering field support while following local state, and CDC Covid-19 guidelines.
Regarding our filtration equipment:
– We urge our clients to be aware that while the heavy cooling season is coming to an end, it is still important to have the chemical and mechanical equipment ready to go for next year. Make sure you have adequate chemical inventory from your vendors. It is important to be ready to protect against corrosion, biological fouling, and Legionella growth.
– We recommend that your sand filter’s media is checked annually. Make sure you have top media available.
– Should you need any technician support or PM parts feel free to contact us. We are happy to offer any support.
– If you run into problems that cannot be addressed in a matter of two weeks, make sure to backwash the filter if possible, then drain it to prevent stagnant water and bacteria growth.
– Media can be sanitized before the filter is brought back online.
We appreciate the support as we navigate through the ongoing health and safety obstacles, as well as pandemic fatigue. Our company thrives on our client and industry relationships, along with great employees. Stay safe!
